How does Sex Therapy or Couples Therapy work? First, I will ask about the problem you have and how it affects you and your relationship. Then I will want to know what change you want to see happen. We will consider what your feelings, thoughts, and experiences might be telling you, and we will problem solve ways to use these insights to create the change you want. Since actions have a loud "voice" in all of our relationships, we will consider how even small changes in your actions might better communicate your deeper needs within your relationship and better honor yourself, helping you to create the kind of change you want in your relationship and life.
