professional building shared with just five other health care offices.

Receive a Call to Schedule your Appointment
Some people prefer to receive a call to schedule their appointments, and I am happy
to do that. Email me (or use the form below). Just put "call request" in the subject line
and your contact info in the message. That's it! Then I will give you a call quickly,
usually within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Physicians, Nurses, Office Staff, and Health Care Providers
If you would like to refer a client or have a sexual health question regarding a patient,
please contact me, and I will be happy to help you. Also, I offer a free assessment for
clients referred by a health care provider on my Preferred List as a courtesy to the providers with whom I work, so please call or email me to get your patients the benefit
of a free consultation.
